Deep, complex, and unique, our Whiskey Barrel Aged Blend is crafted for those who appreciate rich flavor and careful craftsmanship. This coffee begins as our Guatemala Single Origin, sourced from smallholder farmers in the famed Antigua region, then transformed through a meticulous aging process.
Before roasting, green coffee beans are aged for 30 days inside an authentic bourbon barrel, allowing them to absorb subtle notes from the whiskey-soaked oak. Once aging is complete, the coffee is roasted fresh to each order, preserving both the origin character and the layered barrel influence.
The result is a smooth, full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate and butterscotch, complemented by bright fruit undertones and a gentle whiskey warmth. The barrel aging adds depth and complexity without overpowering the coffee—rich, refined, and endlessly drinkable.
