The most-asked-for single origin in our shop, and the reason most people start drinking specialty coffee in the first place.

Our Colombia comes from smallholder farmers around Medellín, in the volcanic-loam highlands of Antioquia. The varietals — Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica — are fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect the beans from rain during processing. The result is the bright-but-balanced cup Colombia is known for: dried orange up front, dark berry in the middle, chocolate in the finish.

This is the cup we recommend when someone wants to understand what "single origin" actually means. It's not polarizing. It's not challenging. It just tastes clearly like a place, a farm, and a specific harvest — which is the whole point.
