Our Brazil Santos single origin comes from Fazenda Santa Barbara in Sao Francisco and Santo Antonio — farms in the volcanic-loam highlands of Parana and Sao Paulo. The beans are pulped natural and dried in the sun, which gives the cup the soft chocolate character Brazil is famous for, balanced by a quiet, easy finish that doesn't demand your full attention.

Brazil Santos is our "no notes needed" coffee. It's the cup we reach for when we want something dependable and uncomplicated — for breakfast, for the afternoon pickup, for the kitchen table when guests are over. It pairs well with milk if you take it, holds up black if you don't, and won't fight whatever you eat alongside it.
