Our Tanzania comes from small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region — the southern highlands, where clay-mineral soils and high altitude produce the floral, fruit-forward profile East Africa is known for. The Bourbon and Kent varieties are fully washed and dried on raised beds. The result is one of the brighter, more aromatic coffees in our catalog.

This medium-light roast is for people who already like bright coffees and want to lean further in. Pear, floral, jasmine, strawberry across the cup, with the kind of clarity that comes from high-altitude washed processing. It's not for the "drinks coffee black and likes it strong" crowd — it's for the "drinks coffee and notices what it tastes like" crowd.
