Costa Rica Single Origin Medium Roast Coffee

Sweet, gentle, and quietly elegant — the kind of cup you'd choose over a pastry on a slow morning.

Our Costa Rica comes from micro farms in Alajuela, in the volcanic-loam highlands above the Central Valley. The Caturra and Catuai varieties are eco-pulped (a process that uses less water than traditional washing) and dried in the sun, which preserves the cup's natural sweetness without overpowering it.

This medium roast brings out the side of Costa Rica we love most — sweet apple up front, raisin in the middle, a honey-soft finish. It's bright enough to wake you up, soft enough to drink into the afternoon, and it pairs beautifully with breakfast, lunch, or a quiet hour on its own.
